Due to the nature of our products, ColourSpectrums does not offer returns with refunds on products.  We are pleased to provide exchanges on unopened, unused, undamaged goods in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. All sales are final, are non-exchangeable and are non-refundable. ColourSpectrums does not offer credit for shipping and handling charges on any exchanged goods.  Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product Orders
ColourSpectrums will process orders and ship orders within 1 week from the order date.

Shipping
ColourSpectrums will ship orders throughout Canada and the continental United States.  All orders will be shipped using Canada Post.
