Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, ColourSpectrums does not offer returns with refunds. We are pleased to provide exchanges on unopened, unused, undamaged goods in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer credit for shipping and handling charges on exchanged goods.

Shipping

We will process and ship orders within 1 week from the order date. We ship via Canada Post throughout Canada and the continental United States.
